FRE begins by producing a fully fermented California Cabernet Sauvignon before gently removing the alcohol using advanced spinning cone technology. This process carefully captures the wine's delicate aromas before separating the alcohol at low temperatures, after which the preserved aromas are blended back into the wine along with a small amount of unfermented grape juice to restore balance and texture. The finished wine contains less than 0.5% ABV, around half the calories of regular wine, and preserves the varietal character that has made Cabernet Sauvignon one of the world's most popular red grapes.
