It opens with blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and wild berry fruit, layered with hints of clove, fresh herbs, cedar and gentle oak spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with concentrated berry and plum fruit, rounded tannins and a polished, accessible finish that keeps the wine generous without feeling overly heavy.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Upper Galilee, the wine benefits from the region’s higher-elevation vineyards, where warm days help ripen Cabernet fully while cooler nights preserve freshness and aromatic lift.
