Aged extensively on the lees, it opens with aromas of lemon peel, green apple and white flowers, layered with brioche, almond and delicate mineral notes. The palate is crisp and finely textured, offering vibrant acidity, a creamy mousse and a long, chalky finish. Poised, complex and wonderfully refreshing, this is an MCC that easily stands shoulder-to-shoulder with far pricier Champagne.
