Lifted aromas of fresh lime, passionfruit and lemon zest mingle with hints of blackcurrant and freshly cut herbs. The palate is bright and refreshing, delivering vibrant citrus, tropical fruit and the variety's signature zesty acidity before finishing clean, dry and mouth-wateringly fresh. It's an impressively wine-like experience that never feels like a compromise. 

The journey begins with a premium, full-strength Sauvignon Blanc crafted from fruit sourced primarily from Marlborough, complemented by cooler-climate vineyards in Waipara to add balance and structure. Once the wine is complete, Giesen uses advanced spinning cone technology to gently separate the delicate aromas from the alcohol before carefully blending those aromas back into the wine. A small addition of premium grape juice restores balance and texture, resulting in a wine that retains its varietal character while containing no more than 0.5% ABV. The wine is also vegan friendly, produced under the Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand programme, and contains just 16 calories per 125ml serving.
