Producer's Notes: Harmonium is the successful synthesis between the power of Nero d'Avola and the Firriato style. The goal was to create a "cru of crus" that offered all the expressions of the richness of such an eclectic grape variety. After 15 years of analysis and microvinifications, Firriato identified, in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini, the three different crus of Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia, to grow vines obtained from three different massal selections of Nero d'Avola. The complexity of the soil and climate conditions made it possible to highlight the different organoleptic characteristics of the three Single Vineyards. The Harmonium grapes are harvested in different harvest periods because they have different ripening and are vinified separately to come together in a blend that has made the history of this identifying label.
