This co-ferment of Syrah and Viognier complement each other with delicate lavender aromas, leading to a bold and intense palate defined by notes of black currant, blueberry and white pepper. Rich in colour with a velvety smooth texture. Estate bottled.

What we say:

Bold, structured and beautifully expressive, Hester Creek Syrah captures the warmth and intensity of the South Okanagan while maintaining balance and refinement in a stylistic nod to the Rhône Valley in France. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and blueberry rise from the glass, layered with cracked black pepper, smoked meat and subtle violet notes. The palate is full-bodied yet polished, showing ripe dark fruit, savoury spice and firm, well-integrated tannins. A touch of oak adds depth and structure, leading to a long, warming finish with impressive persistence.
