This Syrah-Viognier co-ferment complements each other with delicate lavender aromas, creating a bold, intense palate defined by notes of black currant, blueberry, and white pepper. Rich in color with a velvety smooth texture. Estate bottled.

Bold, structured, and beautifully expressive, Hester Creek Syrah captures the warmth and intensity of the South Okanagan while maintaining balance and refinement in a stylistic nod to the Rhône Valley in France. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and blueberry rise from the glass, layered with cracked black pepper, smoked meat and subtle violet notes. The palate is full-bodied yet polished, showing ripe dark fruit, savory spice and firm, well-integrated tannins. A touch of oak adds depth and structure, leading to a long, warming finish with impressive persistence.
