Generous, savoury and beautifully put together, ‘Mon Coeur’ captures the warmth and character of the southern Rhône with the polish you’d expect from the Chave name. It opens with ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum, layered with cracked pepper, liquorice, dried herbs and a gentle smoky note. The palate is medium to full-bodied and supple, with rounded tannins, fresh acidity and a lovely balance between sun-ripened fruit and savoury Rhône spice. There’s enough richness to feel satisfying, but it stays lifted and drinkable, finishing with dark fruit, garrigue and a quietly earthy edge.

Made as a careful selection from trusted growers across the southern Rhône, ‘Mon Coeur’ is typically built around Grenache and Syrah, with the blend varying slightly by vintage.
