Producer's Notes:
On entry, the palate is all blue and black fruits with integrated oak, then moves into a bunch like spice, married with violets and black pepper, finishing back in the blue compote spectrum. Spiced blue and black fruits leading the nose, intertwined with high class oak.

A cooler-climate style from high elevations up to 520 meters, this wine offers a more vibrant profile than heavier Australian Shiraz, with an expressive, inviting nose filled with blue and black fruits like blackberry, black plum, forest berries, cherries, and blueberries; fruit-driven without becoming overly heavy.
This Shiraz is made entirely from local estate-grown Shiraz. The vineyard's low-yielding vines grow in distinctive chocolatey loam over steep sheets of rock, with cracks in the rock allowing vine roots to penetrate deeply while providing sufficient drainage. This environment helps contribute to the wine's structure and character.
