A typically rich, rounded, and full-bodied wine, retaining the structure and freshness that make Cabernet Sauvignon so food-friendly. Flavors of cassis, blackberry, dark berries, and bramble fruit are joined by layers of chocolate, tobacco, cedar, and spice, with a long, structured finish and lingering with notes of dark fruit, chocolate, tobacco leaf, and savory spice.

Using estate-grown fruit from the Barry family's vineyards, the blended fruit from Coonawarra and Clare Valley brings together the distinctive personalities of two celebrated South Australian regions. After fermentation and winemaking, the wine matures for approximately 12 months in French oak. The oak adds additional notes of cedar, spice, and subtle cigar-box complexity while supporting the wine's structure without overshadowing its dark fruit character.
