What we say:

An accessible, fruit-driven Cabernet that delivers classic dark-fruit richness with a polished, easygoing style. Aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and cassis are complemented by hints of baking spice and cedar from judicious oak aging. On the palate, the wine is smooth and expressive, with lush fruit, soft tannins and a touch of vanilla that make it immediately appealing. Structured enough to pair with hearty fare yet approachable in its youth, 815 is a great everyday Cabernet with plenty of character.
