Sourced from carefully selected hillside vineyards, the wine opens with complex aromas of red cherry, strawberry and tomato leaf, layered with notes of olive, rose petal, spice and earthy undertones. On the palate it is medium-to-full-bodied with vibrant acidity and firm, structured tannins, delivering savoury red-fruit character and impressive depth through a long, evolving finish. With time in bottle, it develops additional nuance, recalling the elegance and complexity of great Nebbiolo.

Careful extraction during fermentation followed by ageing in oak barrels helps integrate tannins and build complexity while preserving the grape’s natural freshness and aromatic intensity.
