Smooth, vibrant and packed with ripe fruit, Kris Pinot Noir offers an approachable Italian take on one of the world's most beloved grape varieties. Aromas of black cherry, raspberry and ripe blackberry are joined by hints of cinnamon, clove, vanilla and a subtle earthy note. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with juicy red and dark berry flavours, soft, persistent tannins and a touch of liquorice adding depth and structure. Fresh acidity keeps the wine lively, making it an easy-drinking Pinot Noir that's equally enjoyable on its own or at the table. 

Unlike the lighter styles of northern Italy, Kris sources its Pinot Noir from carefully selected hillside vineyards in Sicily, where warm days, cooling influences and well-drained clay and sandy soils allow the variety to achieve exceptional ripeness while retaining freshness. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barriques before around 10 months of maturation, the wine balances generous fruit with gentle spice and complexity. The distinctive label, created by celebrated Italian artist Riccardo Schweizer, symbolises the sun, the winemaker's hand and the enjoyment of sharing wine - an artistic signature that has become synonymous with the Kris range.
