Winemaker's Notes: This cuvée contains 15% réserve wine of Pinot Noir which rests in wooden barrels while the remainder through malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Aging on yeasts for at least 24 months and dosage is 4.5g/l of sugar.
The Champagne shows great elegance with pale gold amber reflections. The nose is fine and floral with notes of spices, candied citrus and dried fruit. The taste is rightly acidic and savoury, with great richness, fruitfulness and and excellent finish.
