Producer's Notes:Beautiful red purple color, vibrant nose of red and black cherries , ripe plums combined with floral touches of violets and rose petals. This fruit and floral cocktail hold by a nice tannic structure that full the palate. When the wine get warm in your mouth note of vanilla, chocolate and some spice appears to make it more complex.
This is a fruit driven, fresh and well structured wine that pares with many type from pasta to meat. But does specially well with barbecue, and some salty food like prosciuto or hard cheeses.
