Replacing the earlier Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire, the couteaux de Bourguignons (hills of Burgundy) these wines can be blends, and this one uses the traditional gamay and pinot noir to great effect. With fine tannins and light acidity this wine is a great pairing for everything from poultry to portobello.
