Salinity, reminiscent of the sea, well integrated and with good aromatic expression. It highlights a floral and fruity character, but at the same time, dry and wild. Dry and elegant finish.
Due to its friendly and casual character, it pairs very well with appetizers and goes well with a whole meal. Especially, rice dishes, white fish, oysters and, in general, Mediterranean diet dishes.
