Producer's notes: 

 This wine is partially fermented in stainless steel tanks and clay amphoras to obtain more texture and density in the mouth.

Gaia represents, in Greek mythology, Mother Earth, the origin of life.

View : Bright, soft straw color with steely reflections. Clean and a little glyceric.
Nose : Very intense and with the typical aromas of the variety. Lots of tropical and exotic fruit alongside plenty of citrus on a powerful herbaceous background.
Mouth : Fresh and very tasty, with a good step, light and dense, fruity with a background of fresh herbs. Very good acidity, balanced. It has a good finish, which leaves citrus sensations.

Grilled or baked fish. Rice and pasta with fish sauce. Cooked seafood, lightly seasoned salads.
