Producer's notes: A fresh take on sparkling rose – 35 year old dry farmed Cinsault grapes, gently pressed in whole bunches & fermented from native yeasts before being bottled (or canned) with a spritz of C02 to yield a crisp, clean and lightly sparkling rosé aptly named rosé bubbles.
