Luminara’s Alcohol-Removed Chardonnay is crafted from premium Napa Valley fruit and gently dealcoholized using spinning-cone technology to preserve aroma, texture and character. The result is a fresh, expressive Chardonnay with notes of ripe apple, pear and citrus, layered with subtle vanilla, light oak tones and a touch of creaminess.

The palate is smooth and balanced, offering a pleasant weight and a clean, refreshing finish - remarkably close to traditional Chardonnay, just without the alcohol.
