Good structure, fresh and elegant mouth feel, with flavors of redcurrant and black cherry supported by sweet, round tannins. It culminates in a long finish with notes of cloves and cinnamon. Ideal as a companion to red meats, rich pasta dishes, and cheeses.
We aim to harvest the grapes used for Lunaris during the fullest phase of the lunar cycle. For it is believed that during this phase the fruits and leaves offer their best potential. Providing more vitality, freshness and aroma to the wine.
