Producer's Notes:

A pretty pale gold, this wine offers abundant fruit aromas with hints of eucalyptus [sic] forest flowers and pink grapefruit. The wine is well balanced with soft notes of peaches, tropical fruit and a hint of jasmine that offers a long finish.

We aim to harvest the grapes used for Lunaris during the fullest phase of the lunar cycle. For it is believed that during this phase the fruits and leaves offer their best potential. Providing more vitality, freshness and aroma to the wine.

A fruit-driven, easy-drinking aromatic white that combines crisp acidity with ripe orchard and tropical fruit, making it ideal for chilled, casual drinking and filled with aromas of pink grapefruit and citrus, ripe peach, pear, and tropical fruit, with floral notes of white flowers and jasmine.
Lunaris is designed to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic character of Pinot Grigio. The grapes are harvested early in the morning, when cooler temperatures help protect their aromas and acidity. They are gently pressed, with the must handled at low temperatures to limit oxidation and unwanted extraction.
