On the palate it’s dry and medium-bodied, with gentle texture, bright acidity and a lightly savoury edge that gives the wine real food appeal. There’s a soft, rounded feel through the mid-palate, finishing clean with a faint hint of bitter almond that’s classic Grechetto.
