Brothers Daniel and Gonzalo Amigo created Madai after returning to Bierzo and restoring their family’s old vineyards. Origen is made entirely from mature-vine Mencía and rests for several months on its fine lees, building texture and complexity while keeping the variety’s bright fruit and floral character at the forefront.
