Origin: Ventoux, Rhône Valley, France
Terroir of clay and chalky stones at the foot of Mounts of Vaucluse.
90% Grenache noir, 10% Syrah.
Harvest and Vinification :
Night - harvested grapes. Direct pressing and then fermentation at controlled temperature (14°C - 16°C). The low temperature avoids oxidation and gives aromatic and fresh wines. Maturing on fine lees.
Tasting notes :
Seducing fair pink robe. The fine and subtle nose develops red fruits. The attack is clear and followed by a crispy substance. Aromatic final with fineness.
Sommelier advices :
To be served fresh between 8°C and 10°C. This rosé can be enjoyed as an aperitif with cooked pork meats and all kinds of roasted meats.
