Vineyard: The Trabener Würzgarten is one of the main vineyards in Traben Trarbach. Its name translates as "Spice Garden" and this name says it all. The wines from the Wützgarten often have an ultra-spicy complexity. Mint, rosemary and thyme are recurring motifs in his wines. This play of herbs gives the wines from the Würzgarten a great complexity and depth.
The vineyard faces south-west to west. therefore the wines are often more delicate. The mixture of complexity and filigree gives Trabener Würzgarten its unmistakable character.

Producer's Notes: Kabinetts from our winery contain comparatively little alcohol. Our dry
Kabinetts have around 10 to 11.5% alcohol by volume. The off-dry Kabinetts are 9.0 to 10.5% vol. and the sweet Kabinetts at 7.0 to 9.5%vol. Alcohol. We want to create
cabinets that appear light and impress with elegance and sensitivity. They are often refreshing and tangy, making them the ideal companion in summer. They
go very well with white meat, such as fish or poultry.
