The nose shines with notes of lime zest, green apple, peach, and white blossoms, along with a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it’s lively and precise: light to medium-bodied with vivid acidity, juicy citrus and stone fruit flavours, and a clean, mouthwatering finish. A touch of natural Niagara sweetness adds balance without ever feeling heavy.
