A bright, sun-kissed Sicilian white made from 100% Grillo, Parthenium (made by Cantine Pellegrino) is all about freshness, аromatics and easy Mediterranean charm. Grillo is one of Sicily’s signature grapes - naturally suited to the island’s heat while still retaining lively acidity and aromatic lift.
Grillo is a traditional Sicilian variety historically used in Marsala production, but today it shines in fresh, dry whites thanks to its ability to combine heat tolerance with bright acidity and citrus-driven aromatics.
The wine opens with fragrant notes of lemon, citrus peel and green apple, alongside delicate hints of jasmine and orange blossom. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing, with zesty acidity and a clean, mineral edge, carrying flavours of citrus and light tropical fruit through a balanced, easy finish.
