Deep, dark colour, tinged with purple - this is 100% Merlot. Brooding intensity, riddled with exotic notes and rich flavours of sun-drenched fruit and warm spice. Indulging, suave and open, albeit still very young - its palate is supple and smooth and the wine glides on the palate with seamless concentration. A child of a growing season blessed with plenty of sunlight, it is suffused with riches in a luxurious and elegant way. Certainly a wine of generosity and inviting satisfaction, with plenty of years ahead of it.

On the nose, expect deep, dark colour tinged with purple, and aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, warm spice, and exotic hints of earth and underbrush. The palate is supple and smooth, with seamless concentration, finely-grained tannins, juicy yet refined dark fruit, and a lingering savoury finish. While still young, it hints at further evolution in bottle.
