From the organically farmed Home Farm Vineyard in Niagara, this Cabernet Franc from Pearl Morissette is a rich yet delicate expression of site and variety. With vines planted on glacial soils and crafted using minimal intervention (native yeasts, neutral oak, no fining or filtering) it marries artistry and purity. 

On the nose, expect notes of black cherry, wild blackberry, violet petals, and a touch of tobacco leaf and sweet balsamic. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, with smooth tannins, juicy dark fruit, subtle herbaceous lift, and a long, savoury finish underpinned by the vineyard’s distinct mineral base.
