Made from selected cider apples and fermented in long-established wooden barrels, this version is dealcoholised to approximately 0.5% ABV, delivering the character of classic Spanish cider without the typical alcoholic strength. Expect fragrant aromas of ripe apples and subtle herbaceous notes with a crisp, dry-leaning palate, bright acidity and a light sparkle that makes it incredibly easy drinking - and all with no additives or concentrates.
