Winemaking notes: Berries were 100% destemmed to tank and fermented over the course of 15 days. Upon pressing, the wine was racked to French oak barrels, of which 40% were new, where it rested for 24 months prior to bottling.
Tasting notes: This is a substantial wine with aromas of graphite, currant and pumpkin spice leading to opulent dark fruit and savory balsam flavors, finishing with desert herbs and fine, firm tannins
