A vibrant and beautifully balanced red from one of the Dão’s most respected producers, Tobias captures the region’s hallmark elegance and freshness. Crafted from a blend of traditional Portuguese varieties, it opens with aromas of red cherry, wild berries and a touch of plum, lifted by notes of cedar, dried herbs and soft spice. The palate is medium-bodied and silky, with fine tannins, lively acidity and a clean, mineral-tinged finish that reflects the Dão’s granite-rich soils. Harmonious, expressive and quietly sophisticated, this is a superb everyday Portuguese red with real finesse.
