Fresh, vibrant and wonderfully original, En Blanc Aussi is a joyful sparkling Chardonnay that combines purity, elegance and remarkable drinkability. Aromas of white peach, crisp apple and pear are lifted by notes of white blossom, lemon zest and fresh almonds. The palate is bright and energetic, with fine, creamy bubbles carrying vibrant orchard fruit, refreshing citrus and a delicate mineral character. Dry, lively and beautifully balanced, it finishes with impressive freshness and a subtle chalky note that invites another sip. 

Created as the white counterpart to the estate's celebrated Bugey Cerdon, En Blanc Aussi is made from 100% Chardonnay using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale, where fermentation begins naturally before the wine is bottled to complete fermentation and create its gentle sparkle. No sugar or cultured yeasts are added, allowing the wine's fruit and natural freshness to take centre stage. The Chardonnay comes from organically farmed clay-limestone vineyards in the Bugey, and the wine spends around one year on its lees before release, developing fine bubbles and an elegant texture while retaining its bright, vibrant character. The wine is certified organic, reflecting the estate's long-standing commitment to sustainable viticulture.
