Producer's Notes:

This wine is crafted from 100% Gamay Noir, sourced from our estate alongside two nearby farms. Each lot was naturally fermented on its own, then gently pressed and blended post-fermentation to age as a single wine. It spent 20 months in neutral French barriques before being bottled, unfined and unfiltered.

True to form, this fan favourite is light-bodied, fruit-forward, and bone dry with subtle tannins that play perfectly against its lively acid backbone.

An expressive Niagara interpretation of Gamay Noir that balances vibrant red fruit with a captivating, savory, earthy character, filled with aromas of raspberry, Bing cherry, red currant, and baked strawberry that mingle with fallen leaves, grilled herbs, cinnamon, and mineral-rich earth. Juicy sour cherry and raspberry are carried by bright, mouth-watering acidity, and supple tannins fill the palate while subtle spice and forest-floor notes add complexity through the long finish.
