Producer's Notes: 

Inspired by the fantastical and magical world of  Alice in Wonderland, The Looking Glass is our orchestration towards a charismatic and approachable left-bank style Bordeaux blend.

On the nose, find aromas of ripe red currants and strawberries, with notes of cocoa, brought together with underlying notes of dried herbs and fresh earth. On the palate things turn to the darker and juicy side, showing notes of succulent blackberries and raspberries with whiffs of toasted oak and spice leading to soft-velvety tannins.

What We Say:

An expressive Niagara red built around Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot, inspired by Bordeaux's Left Bank wines. It balances vibrant red and black fruit with earthy, herbal, and gently spiced nuances; the nose opens with ripe red currant, strawberry, and raspberry, followed by cocoa, dried herbs, fresh earth, and subtle toasted-oak spice. The palate is juicy and dry, with velvety tannins. The overall impression is polished and savoury rather than overwhelmingly heavy.

Grape Varietal: 68% Cabernet Franc, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot.
