Bouquet Lifted raspberries, blueberries and blackberries are infused with dark chocolate and sweet spicy notes as well as hints of violets and French oak. Palate There is a concentrated core of red and dark fruits which imbue weight and richness. These are fused with fine, chewy tannins. As well are savoury features of toasted barrels and of leather and cocoa characters. The elements of this wine come in waves, producing a layered effect of depth, complexity and finesse. Drink Can be enjoyed upon release, but will live for 20+ years with careful cellaring. Food Match Braised ox cheek with bay leaves and peppercorns.
