Producer's Notes: A truly spectacular aroma with plenty of green and yellow bell pepper, fresh citrus, and fragrant ripe pear. After aeration, aromas reminiscent of black currant appear. The wonderful aromas continue on the crisp and vibrant palate. Abundant drinking pleasure.
Recommendations: A Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy on its own or as a congenial accompaniment to delicate spring dishes like asparagus.
