This wine shows a golden yellow color with orange highlights, bright and luminous, reflecting the partial maceration before pressing. The nose is expressive and harmonious, opening with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, citrus zest and white flowers, complemented by a lightly spicy touch and hints of dried fruit.
This wine is made from a blend of three grape varieties: Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. During vinification, the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris are destemmed and macerated to enhance their character and bring structure to the wine. This maceration process also gives the wine a beautiful yellow-orange hue.
