It opens with lifted notes of elderflower blossom, pear and lychee, layered with citrus peel and a gentle herbal backbone. There’s a subtle sweetness here, but it’s balanced by fresh acidity and light botanical bitterness, keeping everything bright and refreshing.

Built on a Trebbiano wine base and infused with botanicals such as elderflower, wormwood, coriander and thyme, it’s crafted using a gentle extraction and blending process to preserve its delicate aromatics. The wine is then rested in stainless steel to harmonise flavours, resulting in a soft, rounded texture with a clean, floral finish.

The palate is light and perfumed, combining honeyed floral tones with citrus freshness and a subtle herbal edge, finishing smooth, slightly bittersweet and highly drinkable.
