There’s a bittersweet core running through it, with citrus zest and gentle botanicals like wormwood and coriander adding structure beneath the fruit.

The palate is light, fresh and finely balanced, combining juicy fruit with a clean, slightly bitter finish that keeps it refreshing rather than sweet. Built on a base of Italian wine (often Trebbiano) and infused with fruits, herbs and spices, then rested in stainless steel to marry flavours, it’s designed for versatility - equally at home over ice, with tonic, or lengthened into a spritz.
