Pure, precise and wonderfully expressive, Tarlant Zéro is a benchmark grower Champagne that proves exceptional balance doesn't require added dosage. Aromas of lemon zest, crisp apple and pear are layered with brioche, toasted hazelnut, beeswax and delicate floral notes, all underpinned by an unmistakable chalky minerality. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, with an exceptionally fine mousse carrying flavours of citrus, orchard fruit and freshly baked bread. Bone dry yet never austere, it finishes long, saline and beautifully focused, revealing remarkable depth and complexity with every sip. 

Produced by one of Champagne's most respected grower estates, Zéro is the calling card of the Tarlant family, who have been farming their vineyards since 1687. The wine is crafted from approximately equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, complemented by a small proportion of traditional Champagne varieties including Petit Meslier, Arbanne and Pinot Blanc. Fruit is sourced from dozens of individually vinified parcels across four villages in the Vallée de la Marne, with spontaneous fermentation, extended ageing in French oak barrels and no induced malolactic fermentation preserving both texture and freshness. After more than five years on its lees, the wine is disgorged without any dosage (0 g/L), allowing the character of the vineyards to shine through with remarkable clarity.
