Pure Sangiovese, it is considered the younger brother of Brunello: aged one year in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels, it combines the solemn structure of Brunello with the freshness and liveliness of a young wine; it prefers to be drunk young even if it resists aging well. Intense ruby ??red color, already on the nose it reveals all its exuberance with notes of red fruits and black berry. On the palate it is pleasant, harmonious, with good aromatic persistence and non-aggressive tannins . Ruby red color. intense, ample, fine, fruity (red fruits), and spicy (black pepper and licorice) aroma. Taste dry, warm, soft, velvety tannins, balanced, intense, fine and full-bodied.

Excellent pairing with full-bodied first courses, meat sauces, roasts, soups, semi-aged cheeses.
