Named after the Afrikaans word for a small finch, ‘Vinkel’ is made from carefully selected vineyard parcels and crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation taking place in bottle and extended lees ageing to build complexity. The result is a sparkling wine that balances youthful fruit with subtle autolytic character, delivering both freshness and depth without ever feeling heavy.
