A vibrant and refreshing white from Torre Zambra, Incastro Bianco blends several native Abruzzo grapes to capture the bright, Mediterranean character of the region. The wine opens with fragrant aromas of citrus, white flowers and tropical fruit, supported by hints of grapefruit, mint and delicate herbal notes. On the palate it is crisp and lively, showing flavours of lemon, peach and exotic fruit framed by fresh acidity and a clean, mineral-tinged finish that keeps the wine balanced and highly drinkable.
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by a short period ageing on fine lees to add texture while preserving freshness and aromatic purity.
