Producer's Notes:

This wine is crafted from a blend of Vidal and Riesling, combining the richness of Vidal—known for its role in Niagara’s famous Icewine—with the bright, citrusy character of Riesling. Named after the grower-winemaker’s niece, Nava, it is delicately floral and lightly sweet, with plenty of peachy charm.

The nose is bright and inviting, offering citrus blossom, green apple, pear, and a touch of tropical fruit alongside hints of white flowers. On the palate, Nava Blanc is zesty and refreshing, with lively acidity and a smooth, clean finish. It’s crisp without being sharp -light, polished, and effortlessly drinkable.

An aromatic Niagara white that strikes an enticing balance between luscious fruit and refreshing acidity, opening with expressive aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit, orchard fruit, and honeysuckle. The palate is filled with juicy stone fruit, citrus, and tropical flavours, with a gentle sweetness, lifted by vibrant acidity, creating a soft, refreshing texture and a clean, lingering finish.
