Fresh, approachable and full of bright tropical fruit, Undurraga U Chardonnay is an easy-drinking Chilean white that's perfect for any occasion. Aromas of ripe pear, pineapple and peach are complemented by subtle citrus notes and a delicate hint of vanilla. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with refreshing acidity balancing juicy orchard and tropical fruit, while a gentle touch of sweetness rounds out the finish without overwhelming the wine's freshness. Smooth, vibrant and uncomplicated, it's a wonderfully versatile everyday Chardonnay. 

Produced from 100% Chardonnay grown in Chile's Central Valley, the grapes are harvested by hand before gentle pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends one to two months in stainless steel, preserving its fresh fruit character and aromatic purity, while a subtle touch of oak influence adds a hint of extra complexity. Crafted by winemaker Patricio Lucero, the U range is designed to offer expressive, fruit-forward wines that are approachable, reliable and ideal for casual enjoyment.
