Blend: cinsault 50%, syrah 30%, grenache 20%*

*Cinsault vinified by direct pressing, Grenache by  saignée method, Syrah receives a cool and short skin contact before pressing.

Consumption: Cool temperature 11°C (52°F).
Can be aged up to 4 years, and better in the first year.
