Fresh, vibrant and beautifully defined, Svol is a Sauvignon Blanc that favours elegance and precision over exuberance. Lifted aromas of elderflower, tomato leaf and fresh sage are complemented by notes of lemon zest, white peach and crisp orchard fruit. The palate is dry and beautifully focused, with bright citrus, lively acidity and a refreshing mineral streak creating a wine of impressive energy and balance. A clean, saline finish leaves a lasting impression of freshness and purity. 

Svol is part of the ViniVerso project created by the acclaimed Friulian estate I Clivi, showcasing exceptional vineyard sites across north-eastern Italy. The fruit comes from vineyards in the historic Gorizia-Gradisca district, where approximately 10-year-old vines grow in clay-rich soils that lend structure and aromatic definition. Following hand harvesting in early September, the grapes are gently pressed before fermentation and six months of ageing in concrete tanks on the full lees, a traditional approach that enhances texture and complexity while preserving the wine's vibrant varietal character. No oak is used, allowing the purity of the Sauvignon Blanc to shine through.
