Producer's Notes: 

Pale pink in colour with slightly salmon tones, clean and bright. Notes of ripe and concentrated strawberry emerge towards our nose, intertwined between hints of apple, citrus and a slightly floral finish, all with immense intensity. As it passes through the mouth it fills it completely, marking a great balance between the concentration of its natural sugar and the freshness of a perfectly marked acidity that makes it sweet, eternal and very elegant.

What we say:

Pale salmon-pink in colour, this captivating sweet rosé opens with concentrated aromas of ripe strawberry, red berries, crisp apple and citrus, lifted by a delicate floral note. The palate is luscious and generously fruited, yet bright acidity keeps the sweetness beautifully balanced, leading to a fresh, elegant and remarkably persistent finish.

Made entirely from hand-harvested Bobal, the grapes are chilled in special cold chambers before being gently pressed, yielding a small quantity of intensely concentrated juice. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation preserves the variety’s vivid primary fruit while retaining its natural sweetness; the wine is then rested on fine lees before bottling.
