Bright, bittersweet and irresistibly refreshing, Sandara Spritz is a ready-to-serve sparkling aperitif inspired by the classic Venetian cocktail. Its vivid orange colour and fine, lively bubbles introduce aromas of bitter orange, grapefruit and rhubarb, layered with subtle notes of herbs and spice. The palate is gently sweet and citrus-driven, with vibrant acidity and a pleasantly bitter edge creating a crisp, balanced finish. At just 7.5% alcohol, it is light, easygoing and ideal for relaxed social occasions.

Produced from a sparkling wine base and flavoured with blood orange, natural botanicals and aromatic herbs, Sandara Spritz is created using the Charmat method to retain its fresh, energetic bubbles. Designed to be enjoyed without any complicated preparation, it can be served well chilled or poured over plenty of ice with a slice of fresh orange. A couple of drops of aromatic bitters can be added for greater herbal complexity.
